Chief Executive Officer

Beverly Carroll-Wilson

Beverly founded Excellian in 2014. She earned a M.A. in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and B.S. in Human Resources from Park University. She has had a broad-based career in a variety of industries including Technology, Defense, Engineering, Professional Employer Operations (PEO) and Business Process Operations (BPO) as well as State, County and Federal Government sectors. As CEO of Excellian HR Solutions, Beverly is a highly motivated individual with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management.

HR Services & Client Director

Linda Labrada

Linda leads Excellian’s human resource programs including talent management, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and employer brand. A Human Resources leader with 15+ years of experience in a variety of industries including Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Sales. She earned her B.A. in Psychology, with a concentration in Counseling from the University of North Texas. Linda is a member of Dallas HR and a candidate for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).

Tiffany Stencer

Tiffany is an HR Administrative Assistant with 10+ years of experience, supporting several Senior HR Executives. Excellent Time Management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and schedules in fast-paced environments. Detail-oriented with success in implementing solutions to create optimal efficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse individuals.
